Who Are We?
Arbor Acquisitions was started by two friends, Nick and Noah. After purchasing their first few properties in Ann Arbor (Go Blue!) in 2017, they began expanding to other towns in southeast Michigan. They’re now in twenty-two towns from Ann Arbor, Brighton and Pinkney to Royal Oak, Birmingham and Sterling Heights, as well as many towns in between.
Nick and Noah noticed how many folks needed help selling their homes and also how many didn’t fully understand the costs associated with the process (notably broker commissions, appraisal costs, inspection fees).
Nick and Noah perform as much market research and house investigative work BEFORE providing you with an offer so that when you sell your home, you can rest assured that it’s both fair and reliable. Of course, as we do our diligence, things may change and that’s the nature of real estate and the world, but we promise one thing above all: we will be transparent and honest. At the end of, the day, that is what matters most.
